I graduated with a Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication and a minor in Cinema. After graduating from University in 2018 I went on to get a TEFL Certificate through the Online TEFL academy, and assisted in an ESL classroom at Kirkwood Community College. After, receiving my TEFL Certificate I went on to work in Tarifa, Spain through the Aux program where I was a Language Assistant at IES Almadraba. In Tarifa I also worked as substitute teacher at an English Academy called English Time. I worked as a private tutor as well, and at an English Summer Camp. The following year I renewed my, but was placed in San Fernando where I worked at IES Isla de Leon. During this year I worked as a teacher at Saliseanos English Academy in Cadiz. During this year I also taught private classes. In the last year I have taken my skills online, I teach for a platform online called Cambly, and I teach private classes all over Cadiz

My name is Zach Ballmer, I'm a 26 year old American living in Cadiz, Spain. Here I have achieved a I have a B2 level in Spanish. I have a TEFL Certificate, and I've been an English teacher for the last four years. I've taught every level, and every demographic of student. I've done extensive Cambridge Exam Prep, and IELTS Exam Prep. My teaching methods are usually fun and explorative, while also productive and worthwhile. My lessons have a strong base in conversation and fluidity. In my free time I like to play sports, study Spanish, focus on personal growth, and spend time with friends.
