I have two degrees completed, I studied information systems and general management. This gave me a range of knowledge in people management and various technology tools. While acting as Head of Data & IT at Jordan I was primarily responsible for digital marketing. The role required cooperation and liaison with other departments within the company. I worked closely with the sales team focusing on Growth Strategy for business leverage, as well as with customer support and our own internal IT support. I worked as a student assistant at the university, I also monitored primary school students and helped them learn how to use the school's computers.

I gained experience and developed particular expertise in leads qualification, CRM integration, systems optimization for website development including using photography editing and graphic design tools. In addition, I worked with the data development team on business decision making, ETL development and data visualization. I made use of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress and Wix.com. The role enabled me to learn a lot about people management, team leadership and team motivation. I believe that interaction between working teams is one of the predominant factors to achieve greater job satisfaction, increased productivity and higher income for the company. I have also worked in large companies as a consultant for new businesses such as Group Boticario, Citibank, UnitedHealth Group. My responsibilities are Business intelligence, IT support, system optimization with VBA, website development.
