Toluwalase Fadun is an astute academic and management consultant. He began his academic career in 2017 at Bowen University, Osun State where he studied Business Administration and went further to earn his PhD in the same field in the year 2022. With over five years of experience in these fields, he specializes in human resource management and organizational behaviour. Based on his publications and conference papers presented, his key research interest includes human capital development, human resource management practices, employee wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness. Throughout his career, Toluwalase has been committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise with others by serving as a mentor to countless students and young professionals, helping them to develop their skills and pursue their passions. Generally, he is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world of business and beyond.
