I have an Advanced Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, Linguistics and Sociology as well as a Diploma in Education.
About me
My name is Sonia. I'm from Barbados, one of the islands of the Caribbean. The official language here is English. I am a keen gardener and I have a lot of plants and trees in my backyard. I also love to go to the beach, to go for walks with my dog Splash and to stargaze. I have over twenty-five years of experience as a high school teacher and have also been a network marketer. I taught Geogaphy, French, spanish, English Language and Literature as well as Religious and Moral Education. I am now working as an online English tutor and have been doing so since June 2022.
