My Qualifications
I have done MBA in Marketing Management. My current job (since January 2019) is that of a Literacy Tutor.I do one to one tutoring in English for primary school children to cover all aspects of literacy such as Phonics, Reading and comprehension, Writing, Speaking. Previously, I have worked as a Language Assistant in classroom for EAL children. I also have teaching experience in India (I hold NET certificate that awards eligibility to teach in Indian colleges and universities.)
About me
I am a friendly and enthusiastic Literacy Tutor.I have worked with many EAL pupils (whose first language is not English).Recently, in addition to tutoring, I did Volunteering in local library as an ESOL tutor in a program that helps adult participants to practice conversational English. I am a mum of two and have helped both my children to prepare for grammar school entrance exams (English paper). I use a wide variety of resources, some of them made at home, to make my lessons engaging for the students.
