My Education Philosophy

My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. University & Teaching Credentials I have a Class 1 Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Glocal University and a Master’s degree in English from Vivekanand University, both in India. Teaching/Management Background I have taught English & Social Studies mainly in India over a period of 7years at both upper primary and secondary levels. I am also an Advanced Skills Teacher. I have introduced new examination strategies in two different schools; I had introduced the Continuous Cumulative Evaluation Scheme in two very different authorities. Extra-Curricular Participation I have been a Mentor of Quiz World in my school; have coached boy's cricket teams and more recently organized Annual Games competitions at Sub-Divisional level. Professional Career Goals I am interested in working at High School level in an international school offering the IB Diploma or A Levels particularly in Middle East, Europe or Latin America.
