About me
I have been teaching overseas students for 3 years (both adults and children). I have a BEd in English and literature and also I have a TESOL certificate awarded by Arizona SU. My teaching style is related to the Communicative Approach. To motivate and give opportunities for students to speak as much as possible is what I am working on while preparing lessons. Generally I teach adults, whose main goal is to speak freely in a variety of daily-life situations. That is why I tend to use authentic materials (videos, leveled books, some educational websites) related to these situations. I also prefer using pair work, dialogues, role games, discussion of ideas to switch on students’ critical thinking.
