My Qualifications
I have a bachelor (Brazil) and master's (Portugal/Scotland) degree in Cinema and Audiovisual. I started tutoring in 2016 and I was hired as a teacher in a school in 2020, where I stayed until the 2021. My main experience is with kids and pre-teens (ages between 8 to 13 years old), I used to tutor math, English, Portuguese and history. I was also a ballet teacher for 4 years and and art teacher for 2 years.
About me
I enjoy teaching, because I learn so much with my students! I believe that each person is an individual with lots of potential, but each of us has our own way to learn. I adapt the classes depending on the person I am teaching, in order to help them to understand what they are studying about, this way the knowledge stays with them for life, not only a test.
