My Qualifications
I am a qualified teacher in the UK with experience teaching abroad. I have an Honours degree in Education from London South Bank University. Prior to that I taught for 5 years in Mauritius. I am a native French speaker and bilingual in English. My first language is Mauritian Creole. I also have experience working 1:1 and catering for a wide range of educational needs.
About me
Salut! I am originally from Mauritius. My first language is Creole, I am a native speaker of French and bilingual in English. I take pride in creating lessons which are adapted to my students needs. I work closely with my students to ensure we are focusing on areas where they feel less confident, while also improving on the other skills. I believe that teaching should be dynamic and fun just like languages are themselves and this is reflected in my teaching. I know first hand that it can be daunting to use a foreign language in speaking and I guarantee that my students feel comfortable and confident to practise their pronunciation with me.
