I have more than 15 years of experience working abroad directly with others in the English language as well as contributing towards their individual career growth. During 8-year tenure as an independent Professional Training Consultant in Rome, Italy, I effectively utilized the communicative method in teaching general and business English to corporate clients in Rome such as, Banco Nazionale di Lavoro (BNL), Generali, Camera di Commercio (Rome’s Chamber of Commerce) and ConfCommercio. My commitment to leadership, personal relationship, coaching and mentoring skills were put to greatly effective usage as I facilitated workshops with Banca d’Italia (Italy’s Federal Reserve) and provided feedback to students by advising personalized didactic solutions to best meet the individual’s needs.
