My educational background and qualifications are diverse, having studied both the humanities and computer science.
I completed my secondary education at a classical high school, where I developed a strong foundation in Latin, Greek, history, and philosophy. After completing my high school studies, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Humanistic Informatics at the university of Pisa. This program allowed me to combine my interests in computer science with my love of the humanities. Building upon my success, I then went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field. My studies in this program were rigorous and challenging, but I enjoyed every moment of it. I completed my Master's degree with the grade of 110/110.
Throughout my academic career, I also gained valuable work experience in the field of computer science. I have worked in a variety of roles, including as a software developer, data analyst, and database administrator. I have gained experience in various programming languages, including Java, Python, and SQL. In addition, I have worked on various projects involving machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Despite my focus on computer science, I have also pursued opportunities in the humanities. I have worked on several projects in this field, including research in the areas of history and literature. These experiences have allowed me to develop a well-rounded set of skills and a broad understanding of various fields. In summary, my educational background and qualifications are both extensive and diverse. With a strong foundation in the humanities and a deep understanding of computer science, I am well-equipped to tackle any challenge in these fields. My many years of work experience have also given me a practical understanding of how to apply my knowledge in a professional setting.
I'm excited to share a little about myself. I am a computer science instructor and programmer, and I'm passionate about teaching others how to code. My experience in the field of computer science spans almost over a decade, during which time I have worked on numerous projects and developed a deep understanding of the field.
In my teaching methods, I like to focus on hands-on learning, as I believe this is the most effective way for students to learn how to write code. I like to engage with my students, encouraging them to ask questions and providing them with individual attention. I also believe in creating a fun and dynamic learning environment, where students feel comfortable and excited to learn.
Aside from coding, I have several other interests and hobbies. I'm an avid sport fisherman and I find it to be the perfect way to relax and recharge after weekdays of coding. I also practice Taekwondo and Yoga, which help me stay physically and mentally fit, and allow me to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Overall, I believe that a well-rounded approach to life is essential for both personal and professional success. By combining my passion for teaching with my interests outside of the tech world, I hope to inspire my students to follow their passions and develop a fulfilling career in the field of digital humanities.
