Hi, I’m Elisabete. Portuguese, living in the UK for nearly 20 years. I have a life experience in hospitality, delivering front office, service and professional cookery to level 3. I worked as an Assessor and Tutor for Dumfries & Galloway for 4 years. I have been a pastry chef for 20 years. I am passionate, committed to my field. I have worked with people of all backgrounds and nationalities. I enjoy teaching knowing that I can be helpful to people to discover a profession, a hobby and continuous developing . I am known to be patient, paced in my teaching. I use an holistic approach to how I conduct my teaching. I am attentive, responsive & collaborative. Having studied international relations I learned a few languages to a certain degree. I am fluent in my native language Portuguese, English and French.
