Graduated from the University of Brighton achieving 2.1 BA Hons degree, in an inter-disciplinary course. I studied the value and skill of integrating various academic disciplines such as the history of philosophy and ethics, politics, culture, globalisation, war and terrorism, whereby I learned how to formulate connections between concepts across different disciplinary boundaries, identify, synthesise, analyse and present information from a wide range of sources, critically examine arguments and develop original response.
About me
I am well-informed in the field of humanities, having studied terror and terrorism; history; philosophy; politics and cultures, at the University of Brighton; my thesis analysed the philosophy of the use and non-use of violence to achieve political aims in Ireland. I utilised my skills of researching and critical analysis within my role as a secondary school teacher of history. Additionally, I have excellent time management skills, and able to effectively self-manage during independent projects, as well as collaborate as part of a productive team. I am adept in various social media platforms and office technology programs. Having qualified as a teacher (completing my second Early Careers Teaching in August), and worked within teaching for the past 4 years,
